Gallery registration
Access to the Collection requires a free gallery account, with your email verified by a one-time code valid for ten minutes. We store your account identifier, name, email, chosen language, registration date and acknowledgement of this notice to provide access. Session tokens are stored as hashes and expire after thirty days. Your member space also stores the works you choose to save, associated with your account; this selection is private. You can update your name and preferred language and remove saved works at any time. No ChatGPT account or password is needed. Brevo delivers the transactional sign-in codes through the gallery’s La Sélection service. After verification, your email is also recorded in the dedicated Collection - PDRFA contact list to manage your gallery access. This does not subscribe you to the newsletter or Le Cercle.
Your choices
You may separately opt in to La Sélection’s free Sunday newsletter through an unchecked optional checkbox. After your email is verified, your consent, its date and version are recorded and your email is added to the Old Masters & 19th Century list in Brevo. Without this choice, no newsletter registration is made. Existing unsubscribe preferences are preserved. Each newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Le Cercle is a separate, optional paid subscription, available only through its own subscription process. Deleting a gallery account does not unsubscribe you from a newsletter you separately requested. You can delete your gallery registration in your member space, which also deletes your saved selection. Enquiries and technical services
Email links open your own email application. Your message is sent only when you choose to send it. Sites provides hosting. Essential session cookies, short-lived verification challenges and rate limits are used to operate and protect email sign-in. The gallery does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this website.
